• The products packaging must remain intact and of good condition
• The serial number and/or seal of the item has not been tampered with

• The product serial number must correspond with the serial number of the product prior to shipping/delivery

While Dunco Online Store will do the best to ensure accurateness of packed items, we highly suggest that an inspection be made upon the physical receipt of all your orders by cross referencing with your Purchase Order slip.

Lost Items During Delivery
In the event of lost of ordered items during delivery, Dunco Online Store will re-send the items or items of the same value, after confirming the status of the consignment from the respective courier company.
